Spring detox salad: Shredded red cabbage, broccoli and zucchini. Grated beetroot and carrot loaded with chopped fresh herbs with a tangy lemon vinaigrette dressing $30 (serves 2 - 3)
Roasted baby beetroot and freekah salad with fresh mint, zucchini, pomegranate, feta and toasted pepitas $30 (serves 2 - 3)
